   Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Certain limited releases, made-to-order items, preorder products, or high-demand collections may require additional processing time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled.

   Estimated shipping timelines after processing may vary based on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, seasonal demand, and fulfillment volume.

Estimated delivery windows:

United States:
5–12 Business Days

International Orders:
7–21 Business Days

Please note these are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

• Carrier disruptions

• Customs clearance procedures

• Weather conditions

• International import processing

• Incorrect shipping information

• Supply chain disruptions

• High seasonal demand

• Events outside reasonable control

1. ORDER TRACKING
   Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear depending on carrier processing times.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking activity after shipment confirmation has been issued.

1. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

• Failed deliveries due to customer error

• Returned packages caused by insufficient address information

• Lost packages resulting from inaccurate delivery details

If a package is returned due to customer error, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products ordered comply with local import laws and regulations within their country.

1. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
   Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing and package handling falls with the carrier.

3HC EXCLUSIVE is not liable for:

• Lost packages marked as delivered

• Stolen packages

• Carrier-related delivery delays

• Shipping interruptions outside company control

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes or missing package investigations.

1. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
   Certain orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability, warehouse fulfillment location, or production timing.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for authorized split shipments initiated by the Company.

   Products marked as preorder, limited release, exclusive drop, or made-to-order may require extended production timelines before shipment.

Estimated fulfillment dates for these items are approximate and subject to change based on production demand and manufacturing schedules.
